EUCALIVA: new H2020 project funded by the European Commision

 

The EUCALIVA proposal has received the approval of the European Commission and has passed to the phase of Grant Agreement Preparation.

EUCALIVA is part of the Bio-Based Industries (BBI Joint Undertaking) call http://www.bbi-europe.eu/

EUCALIVA is scheduled to start in September 2017. EUCALIVA (EUCAlyptus LIgnin VAlorisation for Advanced Materials and Carbon Fibers) is a research project that seeks the transformation of waste from the paper industry into products with high added value.

The project will last three years.

The consortium that will develop EUCALIVA is coordinated by CONTACTICA SL. The remaining organizations are innovative SMEs and research institutions from Spain, Italy, Germany and Finland.
