Job Description
At CONTACTICA we are looking for a professional interested in R&D and in promoting innovation at the European level. The main function will be the drafting of European proposals, including technical advice and support to the consortium from the initial concept to the final submission of the proposal.
It is essential to be familiar with European Programs such as Horizon Europe and CBE, as well as to have strong communication and scientific writing skills in English.
The selected person will join a young and dynamic European Proposals Department, with an excellent working environment. We have offices in Madrid and Galicia, so the position can be based in either location.
We also offer the possibility of hybrid work (remote combined with on-site).

Job Description
Design and draft communication and dissemination strategies and plans for innovation projects (H2020, Horizon Europe, CBE, PRIMA, etc.), ensuring measurable impact.
Monitoring and reporting of communication and dissemination KPIs.
Promote stakeholder engagement and project visibility.
Manage social media and websites: schedule posts, draft newsletters, update website content, engage with the community, and grow digital audiences.
Design and produce communication materials: posters, banners, infographics, brochures, newsletters, images for websites and social media.
Organize events, webinars, and workshops.
Develop corporate identity for new projects.
Deliver presentations at project meetings.

Job Description
We are looking for a professional with solid experience in managing European projects. At CONTACTICA we are involved in more than 15 ongoing projects, carrying out various functions: project coordination, LCSA, communication and dissemination, exploitation, etc.
The selected person will be responsible for autonomously managing and monitoring European projects, including reviewing and reporting the progress of the different tasks in which we participate.
This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work on several topics simultaneously and as part of a team. Advanced knowledge of English and proficiency in Excel are essential.
You will join a young team with extensive experience and an excellent working environment, with real opportunities for professional growth.
The position can be carried out from either our Pontevedra or Madrid office.
