The Implementation Department is responsible for ensuring the effective execution and coordination of all project activities across departments. Acting as the operational background of R&D projects, it manages the integration of work carried out by the Communication and Dissemination, Exploitation, Project Management, and Sustainability departments to make sure that objectives are achieved efficiently and on time.
