Contactica is bringing new talent to its office in Villaverde, in this case an industrial doctoral student in collaboration with the IMDEA Energía. The duration of this doctorate is 3 years.
The doctorate’s title, provisional at this time, is ECO2DES (Ecological and Economical Design Tool) and it will be a process design tool based on a new methodology which implements LCA-LCC studies and process simulation in realistic industrial scenarios to provide an economical-environmental evaluation to facilitate key decision techniques.
The new tool will be developed with the objective to test it within the Portablecrac project and, in a short future, in more projects which involves industrial oriented processes, therefore adding a new added value to the European innovation projects.
